This Privacy Policy explains how the FocusFlow mobile application ("FocusFlow", "the App") handles your information. It is written to comply with the Solana Mobile dApp Store Publisher Policy and applicable law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 of the Republic of Indonesia on Personal Data Protection ("PDP Law"), to the extent it applies.
1. The short version
- FocusFlow is local-first: your tasks, notes, and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to us or to any server.
- We do not operate accounts, profiles, analytics, advertising, or tracking.
- We do not collect, sell, or share any personal data with any third party.
- Connecting your Solana wallet only shares your public wallet address with the App (on-device). Your private keys and funds are never touched.
- You can delete all App data at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
2. Data we process
2.1 Data stored locally on your device
When you use the App, the following data is created and stored exclusively in the App's local storage on your device:
- Tasks and notes you create (titles, notes, dates, quadrant, status).
- The public Solana wallet address you connected, used only to recognize that you have completed the connection step and to display a short identifier.
This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us, to Solana Mobile, or to any other party.
2.2 Wallet connection (public address only)
To enter the App you connect a Solana wallet using the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter ("MWA") protocol. During this connection the App receives only the public wallet address of the wallet you choose. The App:
- does not receive, store, or access your private keys or seed phrase;
- does not read wallet balances or transaction history;
- does not sign, approve, or submit any transaction;
- does not request permissions beyond the authorization step required to obtain the public address.
Your keys remain entirely inside your wallet application (e.g., Phantom, Solflare, or the Solana Mobile Wallet). The wallet application you use has its own privacy policy, which governs its handling of your data; we encourage you to review it.
2.3 Data we do NOT collect
FocusFlow does not collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, government-issued IDs, financial account credentials, payment card data, health or biometric information, precise geolocation, or any data revealing racial/ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or political opinions. The App does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or any third-party tracking.
3. How we use information
Because we receive no personal data, there is no "use" of personal data beyond the on-device operation described above. The public wallet address you connect is used solely to complete the entry step you initiated and to display a short identifier in the App's interface.
4. Disclosure of information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party. The only data that leaves your device during normal use is the public wallet address, which is exchanged on-device with the wallet application you select via the MWA protocol — and only after you explicitly tap "Connect". Solana Mobile's dApp Store receives no user data from the App.
5. Consent
We obtain consent through clear, affirmative user action: the wallet connection only occurs after you explicitly tap "Connect Wallet" in the App. We never use deceptive, fraudulent, or coercive methods to obtain consent, and you may decline to connect at any time (in which case the App will not open its full interface).
6. Children
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18 (or the age of majority under applicable law). If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us at didiyudo@proton.me and we will address the matter promptly. Because the App collects no personal data, no parental-consent mechanism is required for its operation.
7. Security
- Task data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted over any network.
- The App loads only content bundled with the application package; it does not load untrusted web content or unverified URLs.
- The wallet connection uses the official Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter protocol and takes place entirely on-device via Android intents.
8. Retention and deletion
Because all data is stored locally on your device, retention is entirely under your control:
- Delete individual tasks — via the App's interface (edit → Delete).
- Delete all App data — in your device settings, clear the App's storage ("Clear data" for FocusFlow), or uninstall the App.
Deleting the App or clearing its storage removes the locally stored wallet address and all tasks. The next launch will ask you to connect again. There is no account to delete because no account exists.
9. International transfers
No personal data is transferred outside your device, and therefore no international data transfer takes place. This remains true regardless of where you use the App.
10. Third-party services
- Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter library — the open-source protocol library that enables the on-device wallet connection. It processes the connection request locally on your device.
- Wallet applications (e.g., Phantom, Solflare, Solana Mobile Wallet) — you choose which wallet to connect; each wallet application is an independent service with its own privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of wallet applications you choose to use.
11. Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including the Indonesian PDP Law), you may have rights with respect to your personal data, such as access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent. Since FocusFlow does not process your personal data on any server, these rights are effectively exercised by managing data on your device as described in Section 8. 12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this document and, where practical, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
